Returns & Refunds Policy
At LumaDress, we aim to provide a clear, transparent, and practical return and refund process. This policy outlines the conditions, timeframes, and responsibilities involved when requesting a return or refund.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must remain in their original condition, including being unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items must not show visible signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Customer change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect or missing items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or odor after receipt
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and details carefully before placing your order.
Return Fees & Shipping Responsibility
A 1% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
We offer free shipping on orders over $40; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.
Return Process
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our support team.
- Follow the provided return instructions carefully.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Processing & Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST).
Estimated delivery time is approximately 15–20 days, depending on logistics and carrier conditions.
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders cannot be delivered to Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in China.
Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, import duties, or additional charges required by local regulations. These fees are not included in the product price.

The return address is different from the original shipping address. After your return request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided via email.
